There are simple ways to get the benefit for your health is
Way1: You can take 2 Okras then slice a small piece the top and bottom of it, make it half after pure water with it in the glass. The glass must be cover and keep it for one night. In the next morning you must drink that water suitable time to drink before wash your face or breast you teeth.
